ACHIEVEMENT WEEKLY UPDATE 1

• Earned the Hazmat Specialist,Survivor,Bomb expert,Pistoleer, Hostage Rescue,and Tour of duty achievements on Rainbow Six Vegas.
• Completed portal but did not get the long jump achievement…a bit annoying
• Set all time trials in Forza (nuerburgring is a bitch)

I Like Achievments! 360 Owner

I have around 11554 gamerscore. This is not a huge amount but I am proud with this number of points seeing as I have had my xbox for ony around 6 months. My favourite game so far has probably been Colin Macrae Dirt. I played that game to death mainly because I didn’t get bored because of the variety of the races. However the multiplayer was a bit disappointing (basically a 100 player time trial). Also the visauls are incredible.

Assassins Creed is another game with INCREDIBLE VISUALS, the breathtaking cities are modeled amazingly and the animation was given an award at the recent IGF awards. The game gets very old however with very repetitive mission structure and stupid AI……. seriously hiding in a roof garden does not make you invisible.

At the moment I’m deep into the Rainbow Six Vegas 310 points ATM (literally just got the Tour of Duty achievement as I’m writing this). The multiplayer is some of the best shooter mp i have ever played, the action is fluid and fun and the weapons actually feel like they could kill someone. There are some problems however like the ability to spawn camp or glitches but these things are overshadowed by the quality of the gameplay.

I’m gonna go play some coop story before i go check this out…

A Nutshell

I have been a huge fan of the Studio Ghibli Films for a long time. I was rather late into getting into they’re films, the first one I saw was the breathtaking Spirited Away. This film really changed me in some ways. I was amazed at the level of detail,the rich colours amazing environments and the way Miyazaki pulls you into the story. 

I then began delving deeper into Ghiblis back catalogue and found some real gems like Grave Of The Fireflies and Porco Rosso. I now own over 8 of the 12 available Ghibli Collection DVDs that I watch on a regular bases. 

I am also a huge fan of video games. My first video game console was the original Game Boy and two games, Super Mario Land and Super Mario Land 2 (2 being my favourite).

Since then i have owned, PS1,N64,SNES,XBOX,GBA,X360,PSP,DS,GBC,GAMECUBE,PC i think thats it, anyway I have enjoyed most of them. Drumming is one of my biggest passions, I have been playing for about 3 years,not liking to blow my own trumpet,but i consider myself quite good. Here is a pic….
